Frequently Asked Questions

What materials do you use?

We use only the highest quality materials available and have fresh, weekly deliveries from Holland. Everything is sent out via our trusted courier for your big event.

 

 

How much notice do I need to give when ordering?

We book up fast, so we require a minimum of 3 weeks to process, order materials, create, and courier your fresh, bespoke items.

 

Do you provide installation services?

Yes, we provide both indoor and outdoor installation services.

We not only offer fresh garlands, we can offer artificial garlands and bigger installations too! 

How much is postage and packaging?

Our garlands are boxed and wrapped to ensure freshness, and we aim to courier your garlands to you so that they arrive at least one day before your event. We can fit a maximum of 18ft of garland per box to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.

The total cost is £17 per box.

We apologise, but at this time, our quoted delivery rates are only for addresses within Mainland UK.

Is there a minimum order amount?

There is a minimum order of 6ft per garland
